"You didn't get this life by chance. You chose it on purpose. If you're dissatisfied from it, you can change it."
She is a bad girl. He is the goody Cop. yet they fell for one another. their difference did'nt hinder the love they knew so well.
Meg is a seventeen year old girl, who loves to disobey the laws.comes out every night, getting laid, drunk, stoned etc. a definition of a real bitch. John After, a handsome nineteen year old guy from the police academy, who swears to God he'll protect the people in their town and teach teenagers what they need to learn. a devoted cop and a whore.
though different in personalities, this two couple share similarites, both were trapped in their own sadness. Meg from her survival form leukemia and After from his brother's death on the bridge. and when both of them were ready to destroy what's keeping them trapped. they begin to realize how compatible they both were. together, they begin to change their lives slowly and relish the love they both have.
this is a story of love and hate. i just loved how Echols portrayed the cop-bitch love team. how bittersweet it gets. the Irony in Love.:)
